How to add meta-tags from magento-products to typo3?

 I'd like to add the tags "description" and "keywords" from magento product meta information to the meta-tags (typo3).

Is it possible and how can I realize this?

I am using:
Typo3 4.3.3
Magento 1.4.1
Typogento 1.0.2
