Hi!
Just installed the extension magento-community/Flagbit_Typo3connect under magento 1.3.2.4 following the how to at http://www.typogento.com/need-a-docu/deutsche-installationsanleitung.html.

After a successfull install and relogin to the magento backend the required option "TYPO3 connector" does not appear under "System -> "Configuration".

Anyone succeded in installing typogento under mangento 1.3.2.4?

Regards
Marc

As i could not get typogento working under Magento 1.3.2.4 I tried the following:
- Installed a fresh magento version 1.3.0
- Installed typogento

Now typogento seems to be working.

Curious as I am I tried upgrading magento to 1.3.2.4 now and to my surprise typogento seems to work now.

When trying to connect from my TYPO3 installation to magento everything works fine in the TYPO3 back end but when trying to render products or categories in frontend I end up with the following error:

PHP

Anyone knows what's going wrong?

Looks like this forum is like my personal blog... anyone reading?!

OK, solved the problem: You HAVE TO define a language record under TYPO3 which points to the correct store view.

The documentation is a little bit misguiding: "After installing the Extension in TYPO3 you will have the possibility to add store views to website-languages in TYPO3. The default language in TYPO3 is equal to the default Language in Magento."

Hi Marc,

Yes, you can install TypoGento directly on fresh installation of Magento 1.3.2.4. If TYPO3 connector doesn't show up under System -> Configuration you need to log out and log in again to the admin section.

Magento is an open source eCommerce solution. It comes with a variety of tools, necessarily for building a successful online shop. Magento offers a lot of built-in capabilities, such as promo pricing and coupon codes, detailed statistics, and SEO options. You can also find great free Magento themes
