(User Admin) SOAP API Error: Access Denied!

 Hi all,

When i clic on Admin Tools => User Admin => Edit "admin" user, i've got an error "SOAP API Error: Access Denied!".
According to this documentation, i've created TYPO3 API user with all privileges, on Magento.
