With v .5 I have several levels of category menus. Once I upgraded to .6 though, I lose everything below the top level. No other changes to magento, no changes to TS.
Example.
.5
Category 1
...sub cat 1
......sub sub cat 1
...sub cat 2
...sub cat 3
Category 2
...sub cat 4
Category 3
After upgrade to .6
Category 1
Category 2
Category 3

I hacked the class file to make it work. If anyone else has the same problem let me know and I'll post what I did.
